The "My Family" product line from Mandy's Moon is unique, because it allows you to create cartoon families which resemble yours, which we will then custom print onto a variety of products! Because of the great variety of choices we offer, ordering may appear at first to be complicated, but it really is not. Read the directions carefully, and specify all the information requested for the particular item you are ordering. If you have any questions about ordering, don't hesitate to contact us.

STEP 1: Browse our selection of HEADS. Select the ones which most resemble your family members, and write down the HEAD # on your worksheet.

STEP 2: Choose a SKIN COLOR for each family member. All heads are available with a choice of FAIR, MEDIUM, or DARK skin (shown below).
A note about colors: Due to the variations in computer screens, and the fact that computers cannot show the full range of colors that is available in printing, colors may vary slightly from what is seen on the screen. We recommend FAIR skin for Caucasian people, even if you have a slightly tan complexion. If you are unsure about what skin or hair color you should order for your family member, contact us for recommendations.
STEP 3: Choose a HAIR COLOR for each family member. Children are available with: Blonde, Red, Brown, or Black hair. Adults are available with: Blonde, Red, Brown, Black, Grey, or White hair.
Recommendations: BROWN hair looks best with FAIR or MEDIUM skin - if a family member has DARK skin you should select BLACK hair for best results.
STEP 4: Specify a SHIRT COLOR for each family member.* (see samples below)
*Some items come with a standard shirt color because it looks better with the design. See the item description for the particular item which you are ordering to determine whether or not you need to specify a shirt color.
These same colors can also be used as COLLAR colors for cats & dogs, or BRIDLE colors for horses if you are adding pets to your family.
STEP 5: Specify any of the following ADD-ONS which apply.
GLASSES can be added to any family member.*
*All glasses are the same style, as shown below. Sorry, we cannot do custom frame styles or colors.
FACIAL HAIR: All of our Men's heads are available with add-on MOUSTACHE, GOATEE (3 types), or BEARD (2 types). This can really give them a different look!
CLOTHING & HATS: Our cartoon people are available with a variety of options for clothing and hats - for example, graduation caps & gowns, wedding dress, tuxedo, santa hats, christening or communion outfits, and more. The default clothing for our people is the casual clothing they are wearing on the head selection page. If you do not specify something else, they will be dressed in the casual clothing. ACCESSORIES: If you have selected a product which features 1 or 2 people, you can add accessories such as a soccer ball, ice skates, etc. beside the person. If you are ordering an item with a whole row of people (such as address labels) we can only put the add-ons next to the 2 people on either end of the row. STEP 6: Tell us the NAME of each family member, and the AGE of the children. (This helps us to determine the size of the children in relation to one another. You do not need to list the age of adults!)
STEP 7: Put it all together. In the item description for the product you are ordering, there will be a box in which to enter all the information for each family member. Here are some examples:
