Refund policy

We want our customers to be satisfied, and will work hard to make sure that happens. Most of our items are custom printed as ordered and are therefore non-returnable. If there is an error in your personalized item which is our fault, please CONTACT US and we will of course replace it for you at no charge.

If we filled your order correctly but you decide you want to change your item for a different color, size, design, because you made a mistake when you ordered, or any other reason, please write to us explaining the situation and we will work with you to make you a new item at a reduced price. In this case you would be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.

Shipping/Delivery Delays: We ship all orders, including personalized items, on the next business day (M-Sat) after the orders are placed. The estimated delivery times shown on the site are estimates, NOT guaranteed delivery dates. Most of our orders ship by either USPS First class mail or USPS Priority mail which are our standard shipping methods. These are not services with guaranteed delivery dates and we cannot offer refunds for items that are delivered after the estimated delivery dates unless you have chosen a guaranteed service like UPS 2-Day or UPS Next day at checkout.
